Would definitely recommend this fruit press. It’s easy to assemble and use, looks good and is sturdy and made with good quality materials. Bought it as a present and the recipient is very happy with it. It is ideal for a beginner and doesn’t take up a huge amount of space.
Great piece of kit. My wife and I made 35 bottles of home made Perry with this. Bit of assembly and cleaning very easy to use. Pressfruit were very helpful prior to purchase.
It works very well to get juice out of our apples. It’s really robust and strong.
Happy with the quality and usability
Easy to put kit together. Made my first batch of apple juice today and worked well. I made some extra wood blocks myself so could get full compression. Very pleased.
We enjoyed pressing the apples from our garden and have the results stashed away for Christmas. It was great fun and we look forward to having another go.
Very helpful people, excellent product
This is utterly brilliant. I made a small diy press to use for my first year of pressing and replaced it with this which yields far more juice. The booklet that comes with it is also full of good advice. I like the weighty feel to the central turn bolt and handle, and the nylon washers take out any grinding of metal in metal. Well thought out product and up to the job.
Juices well. For 1 gallon of apple juice it took two fills. I needed extra wooden blocks though. If you aren’t screwing it down to anything, getting the last few drops out ideally needs a helper to hold the press while someone turns the handle otherwise it spins around.
Lovely bit of kit. Great fun and is well made, good value.
