The DIY crusher is a tough, effective machine. It is easily assembled in a few minutes. Works with apples, pears, grapes, and other hard or soft fruit. Just halve smaller apples, or quarter large cookers, put the crusher on top of a bucket and turn the handle.This combo is available in two versions: with either the 12-litre (KS12) press or the larger 18-litre model (KS18). The 12-litre quality fruit press holds up to 12 kg of pulped fruit and produces approximately 5 litres (9 pints) of juice per pressing. The 18-litre version handles up to 18 kg of pulp and yields around 8 litres (14 pints) of juice per pressing.

Bought as a gift for my father who has a number of apple trees in his garden and an abundance of fruit every year. He tried the press for the first time at the end of the summer and now he knows what he’s doing is looking forward to using it again this year!
Really great apple press set – easy to assemble and felt sturdy to use. It’s a bit of a labour of love but a very enjoyable way to spend a sunny afternoon!
