This press couldn’t be easier to operate. Simply undo the wingnuts, and swing the crossbeam off.  You can then sit a manual crusher on top of the basket to crush your fruit. Then replace the crossbeam for pressing.

    Works well, it is hard work, put the Press does the job.

    The press is well made and I expect it to outlast me! I did end up buying meshes as well because the pulp tends to squeeze out underneath the cage
