The same type used in cider mills, but this one is sized for home use. Ideal for larger setups with many trees. Holds up to 40 kg of milled apples. Can produce up to 450 litres (100 gallons) of juice per day, depending on the fruit. Fruit is wrapped in cloths and stacked between racks. The press applies up to 12 tons of pressure. Juice yield can reach 75% by weight.
