Can the traditional fruit press be improved? This modern Ukrainian-made hydraulic press has been designed for ease of use and efficiency. The jack goes under the juice tray, which ensures food safety from oil contamination. For a minimum of effort you can exert 3 tons of pressure. The stainless steel splash shield keeps your clothing and the pressing area clean. The stainless steel basket and tray make this suitable for intensive or frequent use, as opposed to wooden parts, which need to be dried after use to avoid expansion problems. Robust and hardwearing, this equipment achieves excellent yield for minimum effort.

Decent bit of kit , certainly speeded up pressing with its large capacity. Can really get the juice out especially if you wait a few minutes then jack up the press that little bit more. Pulp comes out almost dry….

Up to 500 litres of cider produced and very efficient. Wonderful apple juice produced and looking forward to drinking the cider during 2026. Easy to use and keep clean and maximises the juice extracted from the pulp. Once again a great product and well made from our Ukraine friends
Easy to fill and clean, extracts more juice than my old manual screw thread, very quick and easy to operate, one fillup gets ~9ltrs apple juice
The press worked great. I was happy to not have the hydraulic press above the mash and risk contamination.
