With a generous 141 cm working width, the Type 1500 covers a substantial area with every pass, making it particularly suitable for professional orchards and larger-scale fruit collection. The machine is propelled from behind by a suitable vehicle, allowing the operator to collect fruit efficiently without manually pushing a heavy collector across the orchard.

The Type 1500 is fitted with stainless steel pin drums featuring approximately 25 × 28 mm pin spacing, making it suitable for collecting fallen apples and pears intended for pressing and processing. As the collector moves forward, the drums rotate automatically through contact with the ground, lifting the fruit and guiding it into the collection containers.

The drums, pins and deflector grids are manufactured from food-safe stainless steel for excellent durability, hygiene and long service life. A protective grid helps reduce the risk of accidental contact with the collecting mechanism during operation.

The individually suspended pin drums can follow variations in the orchard floor, while the height-adjustable drum system allows the working height to be adapted to different fruit sizes and ground conditions. This helps the collector operate effectively across uneven terrain while maintaining reliable contact with the fallen fruit.

Two large removable 53-litre collection containers provide a total collection capacity of 106 litres, allowing substantial quantities of fruit to be gathered before the containers need to be emptied. A built-in parking brake helps secure the machine when stationary.
